I thoroughly enjoyed my purchasing experience with Doggett my salesman James Chesser, was so easy to work with. The finance process was painless and thorough. And while a small mistake was made, they immediately chose to write the wrong and not overlook it. I would absolutely recommend Doggett cdjr

She was absolutely amazing!! My dad asked me if I actually knew her. I’ll just assume because of the energy she gave us during our transaction. I told him no I didn’t just spoke with her over the phone and the energy and attention she gave was swift and as close to flawless as possible. I’d highly recommend her customer service to anyone local and out of state. With me conducting the whole transaction from California. It was absolute perfection!! May have to go in when I come to town to introduce myself and show my appreciation for the flawless service.

The experience was “OK”… although my salesman was great (James) and we did get a good deal on the truck we purchased. Communication with anyone other than our salesman was kinda subpar. Many warning lights came on in the dash BEFORE we got the new 2026 truck home. In fact the truck had only 28 miles total when these lights came on. I am not irritated with the lights I am unimpressed with how the situation was handled… When I called the dealership, less than 20 minutes from leaving, to make them aware of the dash lights that included the check engine light, the reaction from the associate over the phone was laughter not concern. I asked “having just spent barely south of 100k on this vehicle you feel that laughter is the correct reaction to this situation?” It was a simple update that they seemed to be aware of but failed to make me aware. I understand the ownership rules and that the dealership had to wait until the vehicle was owned by someone else before the repair/update could be made. But if you knew, make me aware while/or just after I sign the paperwork. Do the update while I wait or let me know that it needs to be done and I will need to come back to pick up the vehicle. Thi

The service was wonderful. Left it overnight picked up on Good Friday. Was smart of me because there was 20 cars waiting to be serviced. Pat on my back. Thank you Taylor & Terronika. It’s always a pleasure when you ladies take care of me. If it was up to me $1000 RAISE. Keep up the amazing work you provide y’all customers. Thanks Mr. Payne.

I'm beyond impressed with my recent experience buying a Wrangler from this dealership! From the moment I walked in, the team was super friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me a few options that fit my needs. The test drive was a blast, and the pricing was competitive. What really stood out was their outstanding customer service - they were transparent about the process, answered all my questions, and made the paperwork a breeze. If you're in the market for a car. I'd highly recommend checking this dealership out. They made the whole experience a joy, and I couldn't be happier with my new ride 🚗👍"
